As we expand our Sales & Business Development team, we currently have a vacancy for the following position: 

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Representative 

Location: Indonesia.  This is a remote position with occasional client visits to the offices of the clients. 

Job Summary: 

The Sales & Business Development Representative supports strategic growth by conducting market research, engaging with clients and leaders, and promoting the company’s products and services—mainly in Southeast Asia. The role includes preparing proposals, converting leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, collaborating with Marketing, and handling other assigned tasks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Business Development and Client Engagement 

  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitive landscapes including but not limited to Southeast Asian countries to help shape the Company’s strategic sales and business plan. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential leads and/or key decision-makers to understand their needs. 
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing/new clients assigned to you by providing timely support and personalized guidance. 

2. Product Promotion and Sales 

  • Promote the Company’s products and services, including but not limited to the Southeast Asia market, and ensure alignment with the clients’ specific needs and objectives. 
  • Conduct presentations, prepare marketing materials, business proposals and agreements. 
  • Generating and converting high-potential corporations leads to corporate clients and ensuring successful partnerships. 
  • Assist and close other leads assigned to you. 
  • Ensure CRM and SharePoint data are regularly updated.  

3. Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize promotion of Company’s products and services. 

4. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities 

  • Undertake any other tasks assigned to you 

Candidates we are looking for: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, marketing, sales, customer relations or a related field.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and applications related to data analysis. 
  • Experience or familiarity with eLearning or training programs is an advantage. 

PC Requirements:  

As this position is 100% remote, you will be required to provide your own PC/laptop.  Our mandatory PC specifications must be adhered to for your application to be fully processed. Genashtim may require you to submit this proof of specifications and reserves the right to conduct an audit before onboarding. Below are the required PC and other related specifications:  

  • Wired internet connection.  
  • Processor: Intel i5, 9th Gen (recomnded11th Gen or higher) or Ryzen 5 and higher (TPM compatible)  
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM  
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) or later MacOS Sonoma or later  
  • Storage: 500 GB or higher SSD for Dual Boot, 256 GB or more for Dual Accounts  
  • Microsoft Office 2013/2016 installed.  
  • Stable internet connection (at least 20mbps for download speed & 5mbps upload, with a ping of not higher than 50ms) Mobile data and power backup is a must.
