Position: Learning & Development Assistant (L & D Assistant)Job Summary:
The L&D Assistant supports smooth and compliant training delivery by managing HRD Corp requirements, maintaining accurate training records, and providing timely reports. The role ensures effective communication and coordination across departments to keep all L&D activities running efficiently.
1. Ensure smooth and compliant delivery of all company training
- HRD Corp submissions, documentation, and requirements are handled accurately and on time
- Training activities flow smoothly without delays, missing data, or admin gaps
- Training records, monthly reports, and skills data are reliable, up-to-date, and ready when needed
- L&D has clear visibility of staff skills, training status, and compliance
- Stakeholders receive clear, timely follow-ups
- Training providers, managers, and staff are well-coordinated
- L&D messages flow smoothly across the company
As this position is 100% remote, you will be required to provide your own PC/laptop. Our mandatory PC specifications must be adhered to for your application to be fully processed. Genashtim may require you to submit this proof of specifications and reserves the right to conduct an audit before onboarding. Below are the required PC and other related specifications:
- Wired internet connection.
- Processor: Intel i5, 9th Gen (recomnded11th Gen or higher) or Ryzen 5 and higher (TPM compatible)
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) or later MacOS Sonoma or later
- Storage: 500 GB or higher SSD for Dual Boot, 256 GB or more for Dual Accounts
- Microsoft Office 2013/2016 installed.
- Stable internet connection (at least 20mbps for download speed & 5mbps upload, with a ping of not higher than 50ms) Mobile data and power backup is a must.
